An initiative by the team at Road to Utopia - a queer feminist organisation that is steering the world towards empathy and respect - Maya Bazaar is a first-of-its-kind series of inclusive festival, organized in various cities of India.
Our Origin
Launched in 2021, as a platform for business owners, artists, and performers from the LGBTQIA+ community - Maya Bazaar began as a way to amplify the presence of those less seen and heard, and to uplift communities and bolster livelihoods.

We're a small, stubborn team - building Maya Bazaar with:

What started as a to-do list became a purpose (and then became 119 more to-do lists). Whiteboards, impossible ideas, and wildly hopeful timelines. That's us. We call it planning. The universe calls it improv.
