Our Origin
Launched in 2021, as a platform for business owners, artists, and performers from the LGBTQIA+ community - Maya Bazaar began as a way to amplify the presence of those less seen and heard, and to uplift communities and bolster livelihoods.

Founder, Road to Utopia, and Co-founder, Maya Bazaar
Veena has worked in the Learning and Development space for 15 years. Over the last 20+ years, they have transitioned into DE&I sensitisation. Road to Utopia is Veena's brainchild to empower workplaces to achieve their DE&I goals. They consider Maya Bazaar as yet another stepping stone to making inclusion and equity the norm and not the exception.

Sanam has an experience of 15+ years in the Expo, Events, and Exhibitions industry. Having travelled across the globe and visited the best exhibitions in the world, Sanam aims to take Maya Bazaar international in the coming years.
